Finbuddy Terms of Use

By downloading or using Finbuddy, you agree to use the app in accordance with these Terms of Use.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Finbuddy for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform from which you downloaded the app.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law
  • interfere with the app's normal operation
  • use cheats, automation, or exploits that harm the game experience or distribution
  • misuse advertising or platform features

3. Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

Finbuddy may use third-party services, including advertising services such as Google AdMob. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
